Microblading is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing technique used to enhance the appearance of eyebrows. Also known as eyebrow embroidery or micro-stroking, microblading involves manually depositing pigment into the upper layers of the skin using a handheld tool with fine, sterile needles.

Unlike traditional microblading, where individual hair-like strokes are manually created, ombre shading involves using a machine to deposit pigment into the skin in a stippled pattern, gradually fading from a darker color at the tail of the eyebrows to a lighter shade at the front.

The result of ombre shading is a more defined and filled-in appearance, similar to the look achieved with makeup powder or brow pencil.
